Here’s another early Niobe image. I was just practicing coloring. I learned most of what I know about comic coloring from a presentation I saw at the Chicago Comicon in 1999. The speaker was Brian Haberlin. He now sells inking and coloring tutorials online. When I find the URL, I’ll post it here. I haven’t bought any, but in ‘99 at least, he knew his stuff.

Lately Melinda has taken the centerstage on the pinups, but I think Niobe is a really fun character, too. I’d like to do some more like this soon.
